Start mixing the glue:
1. Glue mixing order: Mix the brightening Reagent and A glue proportionally, (which can be equipped with the quantity of the order), and finally re-join the mixture of phosphor and B glue mixed,(need to be mixed evenly). And then pumped into vacuum.
2. according to the phosphor ratio and the quantity of "volume production specifications," or the order, calculate the weight of various materials.
3. adjust the precision electronic scales.
4. Put the clean beaker onto the electronic scales, Adjust the electronic to zero, According to the phosphor ratio that specified by the "volume production specifications", Weigh the necessary phosphor and A, B glue.
5. manual mixing the phosphor for 20-30 minutes, until the phosphor evenly distributed.
