With the domestic semiconductor lighting applications growth rapidly, the quality and quantity of LED chip production are far beyond to meet the market demand.
Putian City Licheng District is proposed to construct GAN, A11n and GAP chip production lines and grain production lines. This will promote semiconductor lighting industry chain development and growth. When this project put into operation its annual output will up to 8 billion yuan, and annual tax will up to 80 million yuan.
